Tuesday 21st October - walk **** – Felixstowe, sunrise prom – sunny periods.

After a long spell of cloudy weather today actually had some welcome sunshine, with our van going in for a service/mot it was no windsurfing for me today so Mag and I decided to get up early for a sunrise stroll along Felixstowe prom:) I headed down to the pier at 7 hoping for some pre-sunrise colour which sadly was a little disappointing, Mag joined me at 7.30 to a little bit of red as the sun to appear above the bank of cloud o the horizon and we walked to the end of the prom at the Manor end, with the breeze offshore it was really pleasant with lovely golden colour:) I had to take the van to the garage so I walked back along the prom while Mag made a detour to Lidl both making it home at the same time! After sending today’s weather pics to the TV and breakfast could managed my exercises in the mainly sunny back garden! Then after a quick lunch we walked down to the prom once more and back through the town before visiting an old friend for our Tuesday cuppa and biscuit!
I was chuffed to get a pic on ITV,s afternoon weather forecast, sadly it did not make it onto the evening About Anglia:(
With some sun and light winds tomorrow I had hoped to go to Helmingham Hall to see the deer but the garage still has our van, Thursday is looking wild being wet and windy, might give that a day a miss, Friday is Maeva day and the wind continues over the weekend but getting mush colder:(
